Public Notice of Intent to Issue a Finding of No Significant Impact to Kent County Water Authority
RHODE ISLAND, November 26 - Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH) is seeking public comment on its intent to issue a Finding of No Significant Impact.
RIDOH has reviewed Kent County Water Authority's Environmental Assessment and associated request for a Finding of No Significant Impact determination for the proposed East Greenwich Well Treatment Facility project, including the demolition of the existing treatment facility located at 5880 Post Road in Warwick, RI, the construction of a new facility in its place, and the addition of treatment for per and poly-fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and manganese at the facility (the project).
